FREECITY shipping + returns

Returns & Exchanges:

Because of the nature of how FREECITY clothing is made there may be “imperfections” (which could include color variations in print, holes or repairs).

We see these “imperfections” as the authentic qualities of the vigorous process each piece goes through to become a finished garment.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from FREECITY, just let us know and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

 

Before returning your order, consider the following:

   •We will issue a full refund (to the original purchasing card), but only within 7 days of the delivery of your order.

   •We accept items for exchange within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

   •Items must be in original condition. We will not accept the return of any items that have been laundered or altered in any way.

   •We will not accept returns of sale merchandise.

   •You are responsible for the costs of shipping items back to FREECITY.

We will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

 

To return/exchange your order:

1. Complete the return form included in your shipment. include the style, color and size of the desired replacement item/s.

2. Ship the items to the address below. Make sure you use a carrier that provides tracking as FREECITY is not responsible for lost shipments.

We will process your return/exchange right away, but in some instances allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Shipping policy:

We process and pack orders as we receive them and ship via UPS Monday through Friday.

We prioritize orders requiring expedited shipping and generally ship most orders the same or next day. Occasionally, orders may take more time to process.

For example, if an order is placed after pick-up on Friday we will not be able to process the order until Monday morning.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.

All orders are packed and shipped by the FREECITY Workshop in Los Angeles, California.

 

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the US are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Any of these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When ordering from FREECITY, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

FREECITY is required to provide certain information about your order, including shipment and product information to UPS in orde to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

FREECITY cannot predict any of the duties and taxes that will be applied to your package.

Once the package leaves our workshop, we are no longer responsible for any additional charges.
