General questions
Most FREECITY has gone through a rigorous wash experience, and most likely all of the shrinkage has already happened - to be cautious, it’s ALWAYS a good idea to follow the wash / care instructions inside your FREECITY.
Everything we make is genderless - made for all people to enjoy. Depending on the garment, you might want to size up or down depending on how you want to wear it.
We don’t offer discounts or promo codes, but we do have occasional “unplanned” FLASHsales. Get on our email list and we’ll send you a notification. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Your FREECITY at some point will get a hole, tear, or a fade. It’s all part of the life it has had with you! We encourage you to make your own holes, your own marks, and your own memories in your FREECITY! Wear and tear is part of what makes it great! If you are looking to get something “repaired,” look for a local tailor or dry cleaner that often has a tailor on hand. We do not do “repairs.”
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days.
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive your order confirmation with order details - you will receive tracking information as soon as we pack your FREECITY for delivery.
Returns and exchanges
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to return the item to FREECITY. Please see our RETURN section for details.
We try to pack as carefully as possible but sometimes mistakes happen. We are happy to send you a shipping label to return any incorrect or damaged items and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible. We do not, under any circumstances, offer discounts for incorrect or damaged items.
Please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt at our workshop to process your return. Once the return is processed you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Everything we make goes through many hands to become its final incarnation - sewing, wash, dye, print. We often wash each piece more than twice. “imperfections” are part of it. You might find small repairs, and even holes. We encourage you to take a good look and make sure you love what you received. If you are not crazy about what you ordered, just let us know and we will gladly exchange or refund your order - please make sure your return is unworn and in the same condition you received it.
We make things in small batches and no two batches ever come out the same. This is part of being small batch hand-made production. There will be variations from batch to batch.
Everything we make is custom and continues to evolve. We may no longer make something that you loved and are trying to replace, but we hope you will fall in love with something new and wear it out!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Yes, Our website is absolutely secure as it provides secure encryption to protect all payment and personal information for our customers.
We can only include taxes within our product prices for the following international markets: the UK, Australia, New Zealand, European Union markets, Mexico, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, and Japan.
For all other international orders, sales tax will only be displayed after you have entered your shipping information on the payment screen.
Duties will be displayed and calculated after you shipping information in the checkout page.
Yes, we offer additional payment methods based on your location. Our website automatically displays available options, including credit cards and others, during checkout. Here are some available options:

Yes, tracking is typically provided by DHL, our international carrier, for most countries.
Yes, pricing should be displayed in your local currency for most countries.
We currently offer DHL for international shipping. Costs vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.
We currently do not offer free returns. You will need to purchase a return shipping label with your preferred carrier. We offer a 30-day return window only - no exchanges. All returned items are subject to inspection.

- Enter your order number and email address to initiate RETURN
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once RETURN is approved:
1. Pack all the returned items, along a note specifying your order # or RMA # - You can use the box or poly mailer the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
2. Go to local post office, or another preferred courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:
