- Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped.

 

REGULAR PRICE ITEMS:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
    • (All orders are shipped complete, unless otherwise notified by email.)
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

  • We offer FREE 2-day shipping for all orders over $150, shipped within the United States.
        
    • Orders with 5 or more items will be shipped FREE standard Ground shipping.

    • Next day shipping is temporarily disabled due to shipping delays from couriers - we cannot guarantee you will receive your package next day.
 


 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 

  • International shipments: we have done our best to offer the lowest rates for international shipments.  
  • Pricing should be displayed in your local currency for most countries. 
  • We can only include taxes within our product prices for the following international markets: the UK, Australia, New Zealand, European Union markets, Mexico, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, and Japan.

    (For all other international orders, sales tax will only be displayed after you have entered your shipping information on the payment screen.)

  • Duties will be displayed and calculated after you shipping information in the checkout page.
  • Multiple orders placed under the same name and shipping address will be combined into ONE shipment unless requested otherwise.
  • We currently do not offer free returns. You will need to purchase a return shipping label with your preferred carrier. We offer a 30-day return window only - no exchanges. All returned items are subject to inspection.

CHECK TRACKING NUMBER
    

Please check your tracking number sent via email when your order was shipped.
    

  • This tracking number ensures the day and time your package left our facility, making its way to you.
   
  •  Your tracking number will also help track your package journey - any delays or interruptions will be noted.

  • Often the carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) will provide an image of your delivered package as proof of delivery.

  • If you can’t locate your package after using your tracking number:

1. EMAIL US
    

Please contact us via email, orders@freecitysupershop.com so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) on your behalf.


    •  The investigation with the carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) can take up to 5 business days.

2. CLAIMS
    

    • If the investigation with the carrier concludes that the package did not reach its final destination, we will initiate a claim with the carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL)

    • Carrier (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) claim results can take up to 21 working days to complete.

3. REIMBURSMENT / REFUND


    • Refunds are ONLY issued to the customer when the claim is HONORED BY THE CARRIER (FEDEX, UPS, DHL)
    
    • If the claim is denied and the carrier investigation concludes that the package was delivered successfully, please contact your credit card company for dispute and/or reimbursement.
