RETURNS / EXCHANGES

      We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to return the item to FREECITY.

      *For your convenience during the holiday season, orders placed from November 1st - December 24th can be returned until January 15th. All of us at FREECITY wish you HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

      Because of the nature of how FREECITY is made there may be "imperfections" which could include color variations in print, holes, or repairs - We see these "imperfections" as the authentic qualities of the vigorous process each piece goes through to become a finished garment.  However, if you are not crazy about what you ordered, just let us know and we will gladly refund your order - please make sure you return it unworn and in the same condition you received it.

      • Enter your order number and email address to start
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

      What items are returnable?

      • All return items must be unworn and in their original condition.
      • We ONLY accept returns that are purchased through this official FREECITY website - FREECITY does not accept any return for any reason, that was not purchased directly through our website. (you must contact the retailer you purchased the item from originally - all retailers have their own return policies)

      What items are non-refundable?

      • Any worn items, items that have been laundered or altered in any way.
      • Items that are passed the return period.
      • Gift cards
      • FLASHsale items  - all discounted items are FINAL SALE.

        Damages and issues
        Please inspect your order upon receipt and return immediately if you receive the incorrect item, or if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        Exchanges

        • Visit the RETURN page (click here) submit your return for a refund to your original payment method (3 - 5 business days after processing)
        • We suggest placing a new order for anything else you might like (different size, style, or color)

        Refunds

        We are happy to issue a refund to the original payment method (cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund)
        Please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt at our workshop to process your return. Once the return is processed you will received email notification. Please remember it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
